You may recall Cuchlann’s cryptic teaser from earlier in the month. Surely you’ve been puzzling over it since then, losing sleep, your sanity slowly seeping away — but tonight you can rest easily, for all is revealed: I present to you the Super Fanicom Voice Module, our epic foray into the world of podcasting!
In this inaugural episode, OGT joins Cuchlann and me for some commentary on the thirteenth episode of Toradora. If you’re watching the show, get the episode ready to run before you start the podcast, as we comment on the whole thing, and it’s meant to be watched as we talk (which will probably be a common theme in these podcasts). If not, there’s still a solid half-hour of content before and after the commentary, so listen anyway. And if you like it, or don’t, leave a comment on this post.

In our next podcast…well, I can’t just tell you. But rest assured that it does not end here. Oh, no indeed.

[...] crew, which includes me, has started a podcast! Yes, I know, you reel in orgiastic glee. The first podcast can be found here, wherein we talk about Toradora! thirteen. OGT joins Pontifus and me — lelangir and [...]
[...] even Toradora! 13 (three mentions in one week on the blog, a first, I believe) which had almost an entire podcast based around it is always a great experience. Having a platform, as I have done, to express my [...]
Nice job with the podcast, I really enjoyed it. I also like the idea you guys have of doing commentary on the episode while it plays: it’s like a more time consuming but more interesting version of episodic blogging. I’d definitely like to see more in the future :P
Well, I seem to recall a few people here wanting to do episodic blogging, but it never panned out. We seem not to have the constitution for it — every post is an excuse to write too much, but what if we had to do one every week on one show? : ) I even tried, with the new Gundam 00, but just couldn’t do it. So you’re right, it does sort-of fill that space on the Super Fanicom. Hopefully you’ll like what we’ve got next — provided Pontifus is ever online again (not a backhanded attempt to get him moving, I swear ^_^).
I really enjoyed this type of commentary even if I did want to yell “No, no, no! Your wrong!” and ” Stay on target, stay on target!” a few times, I hope you do more of them.
